Our Approach
Our approach to event management is centred on the requirements, objectives and expectation of our clients. At Classico we believe a structured process is essential in ensuring the success of an event.
Step 1 – Initial Enquiry
Once we have received your enquiry, you will be contacted by a member of our event team who will arrange a free consultation (at a mutually convenient time and venue) to talk through the type of event that you would like to create. At this meeting we will discuss your requirements, likes & dislikes, potential themes, expected number of guests and budget.
Step 2 – Formal Response
We then create a proposal outlining our concept and creative ideas. You will receive this quotation within a few working days, with every element individually described and priced. This ‘shopping list’ format enables us to jointly critique and refine your requirement.
Step 3 − Event Preparation
Once the proposal has been agreed upon and contracts signed, we begin constructing a detailed plan of every aspect of the event. We also meet with your other chosen suppliers to ensure the event is planned meticulously, so that the event operates with complete precision. Your dedicated Event Manager will remain in regular contact to ensure every detail is covered and that any late changes or amends are implemented.
Step 4 − Event Day
On the day of your event, your Event Manager will assemble at the venue and together our skilled production team will install all your chosen items with a high level of care and attention. The Event Manager will remain on-site ensuring the event runs to plan.
Step 5 − Post Event Evaluation
At Classico we believe a debrief to review an event to be essential, not only to make certain that we achieved the targets set by the client but also to ensure best practice is continually maintained and where possible improved upon.
